Michelle Malkin is collecting protest Google logos. So far, she’s posted them here and here. Some of them are really funny (if ‘funny’ is the right word for Google’s shameless betrayal of human rights and liberty).
Well, I’m here to help. This is my submission to Michelle’s gallery…

I’ll await your “Protest WalMart” logo featuring Communist Chinese morphing into Karl Marx.
I applaud Republicans efforts to pile on Google but you come off as kind of dishonest seeing as how most of you love WalMart.
Wal-Mart is now betraying human rights and liberty?
Does it cost less?
Instead of asking questions, why don’t you just explain how Google is somehow worse for doing business with China than WalMart is (or any business, for that matter).
In my mind, Wal-Mart is contributing to the lack of human rights and liberty in China by making China the backbone of it’s existence. Don’t you agree?
But I’m not criticizing Google for “doing business with China.” Google has been providing the same service in China they do everywhere else in the world, for several years now.
I am protesting Google’s recent decision to censor search results. If you have any evidence that Wal-Mart is doing something similar, please post a link to it.
I disagree with Meathead.
Great entry, Sean! Of course, the anti-Wal-Marts don’t even want them doiing business in this country. (a totally labor union thing? Oh my, no! Unions haves barely contributed anything to the anti-Wal-Mart orgs, even tho they haven’t made a dent in organizing its million-plus employees. Sarcasm off.)
Okay, my skills in Photoshop are sorely limited. I’m embarrassed. Where the heck do you learn how to do such cool stuff?
Gosh, Erica, I won’t deny that I’m good at Photoshop (it’s part of my job description), but this wasn’t a very impressive sample. I just got me a Google logo and an antique Mao poster (this one) and put ‘em together.
I’m not sure how I learned, except by using the software a lot.
