Gosh. I’ve been covering some important stories over the past few days, and all of them have had some incremental developments today.
In the Nate Noy vs. Jean Schmidt story, there have been developments via e-mail and telephone throughout the day. It turns out that Dr. Dennis Hayslett can be supboenaed by the Ohio Elections Commission… but only if someone knows his address. Since Hayslett has not volunteered his address, and there is no listing for anyone named Hayslett in all of Montana, that could prove problematic. I am following one pretty good lead, possibly putting him somewhere around Great Falls, but time is running out. The OEC hearing is Thursday, Sept. 7. If any readers know Hayslett’s whereabouts, please e-mail me.
In the Miller Boycott story, the PR people at Miller Brewing have rebutted the charges, by leaving a comment right here on my blog! Go see their comment, and my reply, requesting a clarification of their position. We just might settle this thing before I run out of beer.
Finally, in the Gleeson vs. Darwin story, the original post has evolved many fascinating comments, with new insights on sandbur procreation and God’s holy trousers.
